Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who has been there.

If you're caring for a dog and you have a question that's been weighing on you, a Power Hour is a one-on-one 60 minute call with me. It's your time, and we focus on whatever matters most to you and your dog.

For 20 years I've fostered, adopted, and cared for senior dogs, more than 200 of them, and I've helped more than 50 dog parents care for their older dogs as a pet sitter and caregiver. So I know how overwhelming it can feel when a dog you love starts to slow down or something changes.

We can talk about things like:

  • Mobility and helping your dog stay comfortable
  • Food and nutrition
  • Changes in behavior
  • Keeping your dog active and mentally stimulated
  • Quality of life and what a good day looks like for your dog
  • Questions to bring to your vet
  • Whatever else is on your mind

There are no silly questions here. I'll listen, share what I've learned, and help you figure out your next step.

I'm not a veterinarian, and a Power Hour isn't a substitute for your dog's vet. I'll always encourage you to check with your dog's trusted health care provider about anything medical.
